Okay, first of all... YES, I WILL BE THERE.

Second of all, everyone who was giggling at QT's misspelling of the title page of his new script, check out the way Enzo's title is spelled on that second film there. Hmmmmm...

I haven’t seen the film. I love the fact that it’s a double-feature of someone whose work I haven’t seen, someone who’s going to be there, because some of the screenings like that I’ve gone to in Austin or here in LA in the past have turned out to be some of the best evenings of my filmgoing life. I remember the first double-feature of Fernando Di Leo films I saw, and the sudden recognition of this filmmaker’s voice that I had been totally unaware of. I know many people whose opinion of cult cinema I trust... and, yeah, QT would be one of those people I trust, considering the films he’s turned me onto at his fests... who really dig this movie, and if Bo Svenson and Fred Williamson are going to be there...

Look, either that excites you already, or this just isn’t going to be an evening for you. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this one sell out, and since Quint and Kraken are here in LA after their suicide run to San Diego, I’m hoping all of us will be there to check this one out. Sounds like a great evening, whether you see it on Wednesday or Thursday, with the Q&A or without.
